Funeral industry real estate is fundamentally unique – we understand its special nature.
At Big Sky Capital Partners (“Big Sky”), our mission is simple: be exceptional partners by creating long-term, real estate solutions that allow funeral home owners and operators to unlock value and focus on what matters most – serving and caring for their community.
Owning and operating funeral industry real estate is a significant responsibility that requires trust and an understanding of the needs of the business itself.
The founders of Big Sky are a combination of experienced executives from within the funeral industry and real estate professionals. Given our deep industry experience, we understand the needs of funeral home owners, and have developed custom solutions tailored to suit their needs.
Whether you’re a funeral home owner evaluating ways to partially monetize your real estate in order to ensure the stability of your business for generations to come, or simply interested in selling the real estate in tandem with your business, Big Sky is here to partner with you from start to finish.
Big Sky acquires funeral industry real estate that exhibits favorable market characteristics in select urban and suburban markets throughout the United States.
Big Sky Capital Partners works directly with owners and operators of funeral homes to help with liquidity and succession planning.
